When configuring control using Q-Sys, I often find myself needing a “trigger” signal instead of a momentary, or vice versa.  Occasionally it’s nice to be able to trigger different events when a button is released than what is triggered when you press.

Of course, pretty much any of this can be achieved by chaining together the included programming blocks in different orders, but instead I often found it easier to use a block controller to create the functionality in a single processing block.  After a few times doing that, I decided to write it properly and package it as an actual plugin.
