Hyrox – 25/11/2023
Hyrox is a “fitness race”, whatever that means.
The race has 8 exercise stations, each of which is preceded by a 1km run, so it looks a little like this:

7. 1km Run
8. 80m Burpee Broad Jump
9. 1km Run
10. 1km Row
11. 200m Kettle Bells Farmers Carry (2×24 kg)
12. 1km Run
13. 100m Sandbag Lunges (20 kg)14. 1km Run
15. 100 Wall Balls (6 kg)
This was a failed event. Half way through the lunges my legs started to fall apart. By the time I got to the last stretch, I was done.
